Windows Administrator

Manage and maintain Windows Server and Windows client environments.Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems.Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access policies.Monitor system performance, availability, and server health.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Windows-related issues.Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and endpoint environments.Support Microsoft Intune for device management and policy deployment.Perform Windows patching, updates, upgrades, and security remediation.Manage backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery procedures.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Work with security and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.Participate in on-call or rotational support when required.
