The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Windows infrastructure, Hyper-V environments, Active Directory, patch management, server security, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 environments.Perform Windows server patch management using WSUS, SCCM, IBM BigFix, or ManageEngine.Implement server hardening and security best practices.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, replication, and backup services.Administer File Servers (DFS, FSRM), Print Servers, IIS, and WDS.Monitor server health using tools such as SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.Manage Hyper-V environments, including VM provisioning, clustering, replication, storage migration, and performance optimization.Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clustering, Network Load Balancing (NLB), and NIC Teaming.Support Windows Server and Hyper-V migration and upgrade activities.Troubleshoot Windows server issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities while ensuring SLA compliance.Coordinate with OEM vendors (Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.) for issue resolution.Maintain server availability, security, and performance across enterprise environments.Support Azure/GCP cloud operations (preferred).Required Skills4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.Candidates must have hands-on experience managing and supporting an enterprise environment with 1,000+ Windows servers.Hands-on experience with Hyper-V administration.Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and ADFS.Experience with WSUS, SCCM, IBM BigFix, or ManageEngine patching tools.Knowledge of server hardening, antivirus management, and Windows security.Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.Experience with Windows Clustering, NLB, NIC Teaming, and virtualization.Basic exposure to Azure or GCP is preferred.Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCP, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure are preferred.
