About the RoleSpecialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Windows & Compute Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3) at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Windows server environments and enterprise compute infrastructure within a data center operations and maintenance environment. The role provides advanced technical support for critical systems, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability of server platforms, operating systems, and associated infrastructure services.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure to ensure continuous availability and optimal performanceProvide Level 2 and Level 3 support for server, operating system, and compute-related incidents, service requests, and operational issuesManage and support physical and virtual Windows servers across production, development, and disaster recovery environmentsPerform installation, configuration, patching, upgrading, and hardening of Windows Server operating systemsAdminister Active Directory services, including Domain Controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and related identity servicesMonitor server health, system performance, event logs, and resource utilization to proactively identify and resolve issuesImplement and maintain security controls, access management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation activitiesRequirements7+ years of experience in Windows server and enterprise compute infrastructureBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldWilling to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within 2 monthsStandard shifts with 24x7 on-call rotationSkills and TechnologiesMicrosoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)Microsoft DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and Group PolicyMicrosoft System Center Suite (SCCM/MECM, SCOM)Windows Failover ClusteringVMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-VDell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Cisco UCS, Lenovo ThinkSystemVeeam Backup & ReplicationMicrosoft Defender for Servers and Endpoint Security SolutionsPowerShell Scripting and Automation ToolsPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP-DCV
