The organization values technical excellence, safety, and continuous learning in a dynamic operational environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adis Zemen for a Wireless and Network Infrastructure Technician. The technician will install, configure, and maintain wireless equipment, routers, switches, and related network hardware to ensure stable and secure connectivity. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections of network sites, handling structured cabling and terminations, and documenting configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. The role involves diagnosing and resolving network faults, responding to service interruptions, and providing technical support to internal teams and field operations. The technician will also follow safety procedures, assist in network upgrades and expansions, and collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve network performance and reliability.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues efficiently.Candidates should possess experience in Structured Cabling and Cabling, including installation, termination, labeling, and cable management according to industry standards.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Network Infrastructure, including basic routing and switching, wireless systems, and network monitoring tools.Candidates should possess familiarity with telecom or ISP environments, including working at network sites and adhering to safety and quality procedures.Relevant technical diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.Certification in networking or telecom (e.g., CCNA or equivalent) is beneficial.Ability to read technical diagrams, follow installation guidelines, and maintain clear documentation.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.Willingness to work in field conditions, travel to network sites as needed, and participate in scheduled maintenance or on-call support.
