The ideal candidate should be confident in assessing and managing wisdom tooth cases, performing surgical extractions, and providing safe, comfortable patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical examinations and assess wisdom tooth cases.Perform routine and surgical wisdom tooth extractions.Manage impacted, partially erupted, and complicated wisdom tooth cases within the scope of practice.Review radiographs and develop appropriate treatment plans.Explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions to patients.Manage post-operative reviews and address complications appropriately.Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.Coordinate with other dental specialists when required.Deliver a high standard of patient care and contribute to the clinic’s clinical and revenue goals.RequirementsValid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.Relevant experience in wisdom tooth extractions and minor oral surgery.Strong clinical skills and good patient communication.Ability to work independently and manage surgical cases safely.Professional attitude and commitment to clinical excellence.Willingness to work 6 days per week.Immediate availability to join is preferred.Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis.CompensationCommission basis only.Commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon based on experience and clinical expertise.No fixed monthly salary is offered for this position.Own Driving License RequiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a growing multi-specialty dental clinic.Access to a diverse patient base.Professional and supportive clinical environment.Opportunity to develop a strong surgical patient portfolio.How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their CV, DHA license details, and availability to join immediately.Apply now to join Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic LLC.
