Job Title: WMS Business Analyst (Memphis & Maryland DCs)6 Months ContractLocation - Memphis, TN / MarylandDescription:We are seeking a WMS Business Analyst to support warehouse operations across distribution centers in Memphis and Maryland. The role focuses on providing day-to-day functional and technical support to operations teams using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Responsibilities:Support warehouse operations teams at Memphis and Maryland DCsTroubleshoot WMS-related issues and provide functional guidanceWork closely with non-technical users to resolve system and process issuesUse SQL to extract, validate, and analyze operational dataIdentify and escalate system or data issues to technical teamsSupport reporting, issue tracking, and operational improvementsRequirements:Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Good SQL skills for data extraction and analysisExperience supporting business/operations users in a warehouse environmentAbility to translate technical issues into simple business solutionsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution center operationsFamiliarity with reporting tools or BI dashboardsPrior experience working in multi-site warehouse support environments
