WMS Consultant

For one of our leading clients, we are searching for an experienced freelance Manhattan Active WMS Consultant to support a major warehouse transformation programme. You'll act as the Manhattan Active SME, leading the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) while working closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a successful WMS rollout.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)Configure, optimise and enhance the Manhattan Active platform to meet operational and business requirementsWork with business stakeholders and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and improve processesSupport solution design activities, including integrations, APIs and data flowsLead testing activities including SIT, UAT, deployment and go-live readinessProvide hyper care support and troubleshoot production issues following deploymentDrive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operationsProvide technical leadership, best practice guidance and knowledge transfer throughout the programme lifecycleRequirementsExtensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)Proven track record delivering end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS implementationsStrong configuration, customisation and optimisation experience within Manhattan ActiveExcellent understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processesExperience supporting integrations, APIs, testing, deployments and production support activitiesStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholdersExperience leading go-live, hyper care and operational transition activitiesRole Details
