WOMEN’S ACCESSORIES MERCHANDISER An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Women’s Accessories Merchandiser to join our team in Sesto Fiorentino (Florence).Reporting directly to the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Director, the successful candidate will manage reporting and business analysis activities, support the development of the collection plan and play a key role in the preparation and coordination of sales campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely data management across all relevant teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collection Development: market and competitor research, product positioning and pricing analysis, collection range planning, product data management and coordination of product information updatesBusiness Analysis & Reporting: collection performance monitoring across categories and distribution channels, sell-in and sell-out analysis, best and slow sellers monitoring, pricing analysis and reporting to support merchandising decisionsSales Campaign & Virtual Showroom: product asset coordination, shot list preparation, shooting and post-production follow-up, sample management, collection editing, sales campaign coordination, collection presentations and post-campaign feedback consolidationE-Commerce & Product Training: e-commerce shot lists and styling guides, product asset review, product descriptions and specifications, collection training materials covering key products, design features, materials and craftsmanshipSkills & Qualifications:Experience in luxury fashion is highly preferred.Fluency in English and Italian.Analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power point.Experience with Power BI and PLM is a strong advantage.Ability to effectively address and resolve challenges when faced with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.CCNL: Commercio Salary range: €23.000 – €30.000 gross per yearWorking hours: Full-timeWe are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
