Location: UAECompany: Chabros International GroupChabros International Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Wood Flooring Projects & Installation Manager to oversee wooden flooring projects from site assessment through final handover.

The successful candidate will ensure professional installation, exceptional workmanship, timely project delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage wooden flooring projects from initial site inspection and measurements through installation, snagging, and final handover.Conduct site surveys to assess floor conditions, dimensions, moisture levels, subfloor requirements, and installation feasibility.Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, tools, adhesives, and accessories.Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.Ensure proper installation of engineered wood flooring, solid wood flooring, parquet, and other wood flooring systems.Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site conditions before execution.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues prior to installation.Monitor subfloor preparation, leveling, moisture control, expansion gaps, adhesive application, and installation methods.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, interior designers, project managers, and internal teams.Track project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines and budgets.Conduct quality inspections throughout installation and before final handover.Manage snagging activities and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.Handle customer inquiries, technical concerns, and after-sales support related to installation.Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, approvals, progress records, and handover documents.Control installation costs, minimize material wastage, and optimize workforce productivity.Ensure compliance with company quality standards and site health and safety requirements.Take full responsibility for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in wooden flooring installation and project management.Strong technical knowledge of:Engineered wood flooringSolid wood flooringParquet flooring systemsSubfloor preparationMoisture testingAdhesives and installation methodsProven experience managing installation teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.Strong problem-solving, planning, and site management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to premium-quality finishes.UAE/GCC experience in flooring, fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting is highly preferred.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Role ObjectiveThe Wood Flooring Projects & Installation Manager will be responsible for leading flooring projects from order confirmation and site readiness through installation and final handover.
