Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site – Office Based)Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently developing, customizing, managing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with strong expertise in all major page builders, themes, plugins, custom coding, website optimization, and technical troubleshooting.The candidate should be able to handle all WordPress-related technical tasks, ensuring websites remain fast, secure, responsive, SEO-friendly, and fully functional.Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Development: Develop, customize, manage, and maintain WordPress websites from scratch and existing projects.Page Builders: Strong expertise in Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg, and other popular WordPress builders.Theme & Plugin Management: Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot themes and plugins.Custom Coding: Working knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL for custom functionality and bug fixing.WooCommerce: Develop and manage e-commerce websites, product pages, checkout processes, payment gateways, and integrations.Website Speed Optimization: Improve loading speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimization, and overall website performance.Responsive Design: Ensure websites function smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.Technical SEO Support: Implement SEO-friendly structures, redirects, schema markup, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and other technical requirements in coordination with the SEO team.Security & Maintenance: Manage backups, updates, security, malware prevention, plugin compatibility, and website recovery.Troubleshooting: Resolve website errors, broken layouts, database issues, plugin conflicts, and functionality problems independently.Website Migration: Handle domain and hosting migrations, staging environments, DNS configuration, cPanel, SSL certificates, and redirects while protecting website functionality and SEO.Third-Party Integrations: Integrate APIs, contact forms, CRM systems, analytics, tracking tools, and other third-party services.Hosting & Server Management: Understand hosting environments, databases, PHP versions, and basic server configurations.Ongoing Website Support: Manage website updates, landing pages, design changes, new features, and other technical requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of professional WordPress development experience.Strong command of multiple WordPress page builders, themes, plugins, and customization techniques.Ability to independently manage multiple websites and projects.Good understanding of website performance, security, responsiveness, and technical SEO.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.Work Arrangement
