WordPress Developer (CRM Integration Specialist)

Role Description The WordPress Developer (CRM Integration Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications, with a focus on integrating and optimizing CRM systems and related plugins. Day-to-day tasks include building and modifying themes and templates, implementing responsive user interfaces, creating and managing custom post types and fields, and ensuring seamless data flow between WordPress, CRM platforms, and other third-party tools. The specialist will collaborate with product, design, and AI engineering teams to implement secure, performant integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize site performance and user experience. The role also includes maintaining documentation, following best practices for code quality and security, and contributing to continuous improvement of Navtech’s digital ecosystem.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP, WordPress core customization, REST APIs, and CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks or libraries as appropriate.Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and Web Development skills, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, mobile optimization, and performance-focused implementation.Candidates should possess experience configuring and extending WordPress plugins, building custom plugins or modules, and working with database queries (MySQL).Candidates should possess knowledge of secure coding practices, version control (Git), and basic DevOps workflows for deployment and environment management.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Experience in integrating web platforms.
