WordPress Developer – Website to CRM Integration (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer – Website to CRM Integration (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho) role based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring clean code, performance, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating websites with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho; configuring forms, APIs, and webhooks; and troubleshooting integration issues. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementing responsive layouts, and improving user experience. The developer will also monitor site performance, manage plugins and themes, document technical processes, and support continuous improvement of web and CRM workflows.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills to create user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces.Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills to handle integrations, APIs, and data flows between WordPress and CRM platforms.Candidates should possess Web Design skills to translate business goals into clear, accessible, and visually consistent website layouts.Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to manage full lifecycle website implementation, maintenance, and optimization.Hands-on experience integrating WordPress with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho using APIs, plugins, and custom code.Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular WordPress page builders or frameworks.Experience with version control (e.g., Git), basic database management (MySQL), and website performance optimization.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions comprehensively.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology services environments is an advantage.
