Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:  Essential Skills:  5+ years deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning. Workday certification in Adaptive Planning. Strong understanding of workforce planning and relevant finance processes, principles and analytics. Experience designing and building complex workforce planning models. Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Desired Skills:  Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies. Knowledge of Workday HCM Experience with Agile delivery
