Senior Workday Consultants – Multiple Specialisms | Manchester or Inverness6 month contractWe are looking for experienced Workday Consultants to join a growing team of Workday specialists, supporting global enterprise clients with complex HR transformation and Workday programmes.This role is based in the company's Manchester or Inverness officesOnsite requirement Service coverage: 07:00–19:00, with teams working separate shifts Shared P1 on-call support across the teamWe are particularly interested in consultants with expertise across one or more of the following Workday modules:Core HCMWorkday IntegrationsLearningTalent & PerformanceAbsenceCompensation / Advanced CompensationTalent Acquisition / RecruitingPeakonJourneysExtendAs a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure and optimise Workday solutions. You will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support implementations and enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to junior consultants.What we're looking for:Solid experience as a Workday ConsultantWorkday Core HCM certification – essentialAdditional Workday module certifications highly desirableStrong hands-on experience with Workday configurationGood understanding of HR processes and HR systemsExperience across implementation, enhancement or support environmentsAbility to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience mentoring or supporting junior consultantsExperience working with ServiceNow or ITIL-based service management is advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established Workday practice and work on complex transformation programmes with global enterprise clients across a range of industries.If you're a Workday Consultant with Core HCM certification and specialist experience in any of the modules above, we'd be keen to hear from you.
