Role: Senior Workday Recruiting ConsultantLocation: PuneExperience Level: 5-8 years Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant to join our Corporate Human Resources, HR Solutions department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technology in a truly global environment, supporting talent acquisition processes across 40 countries.Key Responsibilities• Global System Management: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting functionality as part of our international product support team• Operational Excellence: Execute business-as-usual operational tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the recruiting platform across all regions.
