Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Information Systems or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a role involving financial systems ERP implementation ordata analysis Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles Chart of Accounts PL structurecost centers Demonstrable experience with large datasets and a solid grasp of data quality and datagovernance concepts Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets A proactive problemsolving mindset with high attention to detail and excellent communicationskillsPreferred Direct experience with Workday Financials particularly with its Foundation Data Model FDMand concepts like worktags Experience in a previous data migration or ERP implementation project preferably in a largemultinational organization
