We are Hiring | Workday Integration ConsultantExperience: 10–14 YearsMode of Work: HybridNotice Period: Immediate JoinersWe are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and BIRT Reporting.• Develop and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and Report Writer solutions.• Integrate Workday with third-party applications using SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, and Java.• Support Workday implementation and enhancement projects.• Configure and maintain Workday security policies, roles, and best practices.• Perform security audits, monitoring, and incident response activities.• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize existing solutions.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.Required Skills:• 10+ years of Workday experience.• Minimum one end-to-end Workday implementation.• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and BIRT Reporting.• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.• Experience with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, and Java.• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.• Strong understanding of Workday Security configuration and governance.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.If you have the required experience and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or share your updated resume with us.
