Workday System Analyst I

Position: Workday System Analyst ICompensation: $82,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full RemoteInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday System Analyst I to join their team!This is a strong opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys hands-on configuration, problem-solving, and supporting users with practical solutions.

In this role, you’ll help optimize Workday HCM functionality, support system improvements, and create training resources that make a real impact across the organization.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality and system settingsBuild and update business processes, security, and tenant configurationCreate and troubleshoot calculated fields, validations, and condition rulesDevelop reports and dashboards to support business needsTest and deploy Workday feature releases and system enhancementsPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutionsCreate training guides, job aids, and user-friendly documentationSupport system issues through analysis and solution developmentRequired Qualifications & Experience:Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experienceExperience supporting Core HCM functional areasAbility to configure and maintain Workday business processesExperience with calculated fields and validation rulesStrong reporting and dashboard development skillsAbility to create clear training and support materialsComfort working with stakeholders across multiple teamsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modulesBackground supporting healthcare systems or healthcare applicationsExperience with Workday feature releases and enhancementsExposure to system optimization initiativesExperience supporting end users with application trainingFamiliarity with interdisciplinary project teamsPerks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information:Direct hire opportunity with remote, onsite, or hybrid flexibilityStandard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMOn-call support may be required as neededSupports deadline-driven projects and occasional after-hours coverageMust be eligible to work without sponsorshipRestricted states apply for this roleIf you are interested in learning more about the Workday System Analyst I opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
