Workforce AnalystLocation: Doha, QatarJob SummaryWe are seeking a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, data analysis, forecasting, and resource optimization. The role will provide accurate workforce insights and reports to support business and HR decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze workforce data, staffing levels, productivity, and resource utilization.Support workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount analysis.Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce KPIs.Identify staffing gaps and opportunities for resource optimization.Provide workforce insights and recommendations to management.Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce requirements.Ensure workforce data accuracy and confidentiality.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role.Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI is an advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and reporting skills.Fluent Arabic and English are required.
