*If you live close to Alexandria VA, this role is 2 days a week on-site hybrid model**If located in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Nevada, and North Carolina, this role will be remote with some required travel*Job Description:Optomi, in partnership with a Federal Consulting Agency supporting an enterprise government client is looking for an Associate Workforce Analysis Consultant.We are seeking a Senior Associate to support a federal workforce transformation initiative by performing workforce modeling, skills gap analysis, organizational assessments, and workforce analytics for an IT organization.
