We partner with government entities, semi-government organizations, and leading private sector clients to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that drive measurable organizational impact.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Workforce Consulting Specialist to join our growing consulting practice. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of consulting engagements related to workforce planning, organization design, workload analysis, and organizational transformation.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex organizational challenges, analyzing workforce effectiveness, and developing practical solutions that enhance productivity, organizational performance, and long-term workforce sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver workforce planning, workload analysis, and organization design consulting engagements across public and private sector clients.Conduct organizational diagnostics to assess workforce capacity, productivity, organizational effectiveness, and resource utilization.Develop workforce planning models, staffing strategies, and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations based on business requirements and operational demand.Design and optimize organizational structures, governance frameworks, job architectures, and reporting relationships.Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and organizational transformation initiatives.Analyze business processes, operating models, and workforce allocation to identify optimization opportunities.Develop workforce analytics, productivity indicators, and performance measurement frameworks to support strategic decision-making.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data collection sessions to gather organizational insights and validate findings.Prepare executive-level reports, consulting deliverables, dashboards, and client presentations with clear, actionable recommendations.Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and client stakeholders.Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes while meeting timelines and quality standards.Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, methodologies, and client presentations when required.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of consulting methodologies, frameworks, templates, and knowledge assets.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related discipline.3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, workforce planning, organization design, or organizational transformation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple consulting engagements in a dynamic environment.Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:Workforce PlanningWorkload AnalysisOrganization DesignOperating Model DesignOrganizational EffectivenessWorkforce AnalyticsManagement ConsultingGovernment or Semi-Government Consulting ProjectsOrganizational TransformationOperational ExcellenceStakeholder Engagement and Workshop FacilitationTechnical SkillsWorkforce Planning & Workforce AnalyticsWorkload AnalysisFull-Time Equivalent (FTE) ModelingOrganization DesignOperating Model DesignOrganizational Structure DesignAdvanced Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointData Analysis & VisualizationProcess Analysis & ImprovementKPI Development & Productivity MeasurementExecutive ReportingStakeholder Interviewing & Workshop FacilitationPersonal AttributesAnalytical and structured thinker.Strong consulting mindset with a client-centric approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong planning, organization, and time management capabilities.Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multidisciplinary consulting teams.Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced consulting environments.Why Join Multiples Consulting?At Multiples Consulting, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact consulting engagements that shape organizations across Saudi Arabia.
