قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are seeking a highly analytical and proactive WFM Analyst II to join our Workforce Management team. This role is responsible for driving workforce optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting operational efficiency across multiple programs and sites.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced reporting skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workforce planning strategies and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical and operational data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies to improve workforce efficiency and performance.Support workforce planning initiatives through forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization.Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across Workforce Management functions.Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to implement workforce management tools and strategies.Ensure coordination and alignment across cross-site WFM and Real-Time Management (RTM) teams.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business decision-making.Deliver customer-facing and internal presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.Provide training, guidance, and support on WFM systems, processes, and best practices.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging WFM technologies, and operational best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, data protection regulations, and operational procedures.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education qualification preferred.2–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, project implementation, business analysis, or related operational roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Experience with Workforce Management tools; experience with Alvaria / Aspect WFM is highly preferred.Knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and data analysis methodologies is a strong advantage.Experience in reporting, forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.Fluent English communication skills .
