Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole SummaryThe WFP Specialist is responsible for planning, forecasting, and coordinating manpower requirements across multiple projects, divisions, clients, and support departments. The position will monitor workforce availability and utilization, coordinate manpower deployment, transfers, mobilization and demobilization, and identify manpower shortages or surpluses. The role will work closely with Projects, Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Department Heads to ensure the effective allocation and utilization of manpower while supporting workforce planning, reporting, and manpower cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain company-wide manpower plans and forecastsMonitor manpower requirements for projects, divisions, and office/support departmentsCoordinate manpower allocation, deployment, transfers, mobilization, demobilization, and redeploymentMonitor available, deployed, on-leave, idle, and underutilized manpowerIdentify manpower shortages and surpluses and recommend internal transfers or recruitmentCoordinate manpower supply requirements and employee deployment to clients/other companiesWork closely with Projects, Operations, HR, Recruitment, and department heads to forecast upcoming manpower needsTrack employee assignment dates, project completion dates, contract requirements, and expected releasesPrepare planned vs. actual manpower reports, manpower histograms, utilization reports, and management dashboardsSupport optimum workforce utilization and manpower cost controlQualifications, Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years' experience in manpower/workforce planning, preferably in construction, contracting, manpower supplyStrong experience in manpower forecasting, deployment, resource allocation, mobilization/demobilization, and workforce utilizationExperience with workforce planning software is an advantageAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantageExperience with ERP/HRIS systems is preferredStrong analytical, numerical, reporting, and coordination skillsAbility to manage manpower requirements across multiple projects, clients, and departments simultaneouslyKey Skills:Manpower Planning | Workforce Forecasting | Resource Allocation | Manpower Supply | Mobilization & Demobilization | Workforce Utilization | Manpower Reporting | Data Analysis
