Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role

Responsible for supporting workforce planning and manpower analysis across the organization. The role analyzes staffing requirements, headcount, vacancies, workforce utilization, and future manpower needs to ensure workforce plans are aligned with operational requirements, budgets, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain annual manpower plans based on approved staffing requirements, budgets, and operational needsAnalyze headcount, vacancies, workforce utilization, turnover, and staffing gaps across departments and locationsMonitor actual staffing against approved manpower frameworks and identify overstaffing, understaffing, and workforce optimization opportunitiesPrepare manpower dashboards, reports, forecasts, and workforce analytics to support management decision-makingQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field2-5 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related HR functionStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce reportingCIPD or another relevant HR qualification is preferred
