To learn more, visit https://entomo.co/request-demo/.Role Description The Workforce Transformation Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, the analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to analyze workforce data, support transformation initiatives, and provide insights that improve workforce planning and employee experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workforce analytics, building capacity plans, monitoring workforce metrics, and preparing reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, recommend interventions, and optimize workforce management processes to support entomo’s Work-Wise platform implementations. The role also involves communicating findings in a clear and concise manner, supporting change management efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement of workforce transformation methodologies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Workforce Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, generate insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess Workforce Management and Capacity Planning skills to design and optimize staffing models, resource allocation, and long-term workforce strategies.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present findings, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and client organizations.Candidates should possess proficiency with data tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) and experience working with HR or workforce-related data.Relevant experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, operations, or consulting, ideally within technology, HR tech, or enterprise environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in analytics or HR are an advantage.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Saudi Arabia, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organizational context.
