You'll be part of a newly created Workplace team responsible for making sure every employee, client and visitor has an exceptional experience – think boutique hotel or members' club service within a seriously impressive creative office environment.You'll be the kind of person who notices the little things before anyone else does. Whether you're welcoming a senior client, preparing for an important pitch, helping coordinate an event, getting a meeting room absolutely perfect or spotting something around the building that needs fixing – you'll take ownership and make it happen.We'd love to hear from you if...🎓 You're a graduate or equivalent looking to build a long-term career within a brilliant creative business⭐ You already have some strong customer-facing experience – perhaps from premium hospitality, hotels, members' clubs, events, luxury retail, coworking or Front of House🚀 Your CV demonstrates commitment and progression – you're someone who sticks at things, takes responsibility and wants to develop✨ You're naturally polished, warm, confident and brilliant with people👀 You have exceptional attention to detail and notice things other people miss🙌 You're proactive – you don't wait to be asked when you can see something needs doing💡 You're comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and using your initiative⚡ You love being busy, on your feet and part of an energetic, sociable teamYou don't need years and years of corporate experience.
