From resetting meeting rooms to ensuring every space is client-ready, you'll instinctively notice the little things and take ownership without being asked.What You'll Be DoingProviding a warm, professional five-star welcome to every visitorActing as the first point of contact for clients, guests and employeesSupporting meetings, events and workplace initiativesManaging meeting rooms, catering and workplace requestsMaintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the officeSupporting employee onboarding and day-to-day workplace operationsBuilding relationships with employees, clients, suppliers and contractorsCoordinating facilities issues and workplace suppliesCreating a workplace where employees and visitors feel genuinely welcomedWhat We're Looking ForAt least one year's experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house roleA passion for delivering exceptional serviceA warm, engaging and highly professional approachOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and high personal standardsA proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownershipThe ability to stay organised and calm in a fast-paced environmentExperience with meeting room technology and AV equipment is beneficialWhy Join?You'll be joining a collaborative, creative business where workplace experience is genuinely valued.
