With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Experience Executive for our client to be based out of Dubai.Purpose- To ensure that visitors and clients have a positive experience during their visit.Responsibility-Combines front-of-house responsibilities with a broader focus on hospitality, colleague and guest experience, stakeholder coordination, and workplace experience delivery.Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiencesResponding to visitors needs and anticipating their unstated onesGreeting visitors as they arrive in the floor, coordinating theirOffer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.Coordinates with the housekeeping team (before & after the meeting) in making sure that meeting rooms are cleaned, presentable and stocked with stationariesSkills Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar role within 4 to 5-star hotels, Cabin crew / airline hospitality, Airport or executive lounges, Guest relations / concierge or Premium corporate hospitality.
