£55,000 - £60,000 + benefitsLondon (SE1) Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Fully onsiteBoden Group are recruiting for an experienced Workplace Manager to take ownership of the workplace and facilities operation within a high-profile corporate HQ in London.This is much more than a traditional FM role. It’s a highly visible position where you’ll be responsible for creating a workplace that people genuinely want to come into, while making sure the facilities operation behind the scenes runs seamlessly.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level employees, lead the onsite workplace team and manage a range of outsourced service partners across both hard and soft FM. The role will suit someone who enjoys being front and centre, building relationships, solving problems and constantly looking at how the workplace experience can be improved.What you’ll be responsible for:Leading the day-to-day workplace and facilities operation across a busy corporate HQManaging hard and soft FM services, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and service standards are consistently achievedLeading and developing the onsite workplace teamManaging outsourced suppliers across areas including engineering, cleaning, security and catering/F&BBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming a trusted point of contact onsiteManaging landlord relationships, service issues and wider building mattersTaking ownership of workplace compliance, Health & Safety and operational standardsIdentifying issues before they become problems and driving continuous improvementSupporting workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, moves and changesManaging reporting, supplier performance, purchase orders and wider commercial processesCreating a consistently high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitorsWhat we’re looking for:Strong Workplace or Facilities Management experience within a corporate environmentGood knowledge of both hard and soft FM, rather than being purely workplace or hospitality focusedExperience managing outsourced suppliers and service partnersPrevious team management experienceConfident dealing with senior stakeholders and C-suite level individualsStrong communication skills with the maturity, credibility and gravitas to take ownershipSomeone proactive, resilient and comfortable wearing multiple hatsA genuine passion for workplace experience and customer serviceF&B or catering experience would be useful, although it isn’t essentialThis environment needs someone who is highly visible, personable and confident in their own ability.
