Digi-Up! works with partners all around Singapore, in an effort to make digital education accessible to all and to bridge the digital divides within communities.Role DescriptionThe Workshop Main Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for leading and executing interactive digital workshops for diverse participant groups, including children, youth, and most importantly, seniors! Job tasks include hosting and leading workshops, preparing activity materials, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and managing on-ground volunteers/ assistant facilitators in the programme. The Facilitator will manage classroom dynamics, support participant needs, and collect feedback for workshop refining based on outcomes and observations.The role also involves occasional administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and some simple photography coverage for events you are running.Qualifications We Are Looking ForStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal delivery and active listening.Bilingual speaking required [Chinese & English Preferred, Malay & English, Tamil & English, Dialects All Welcomed]Hands-on experience conducting Workshops and group-based learning activities.Facilitation skills for guiding discussions, games, and interactive exercises.Extroverted and Bubbly personalities are preferred to cultivate a fun learning environmentAbility to manage diverse groups calmly and respectfully, fostering an inclusive environment.Comfort working on-site in Singapore, with a flexible schedule when needed for workshops.Patience and a supportive personality are of great importance to this role tooPreferred: Experience in working with seniors/ kids, public speaking, and community work; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage.For more information, feel free to email us at digi.upstudio@gmail.com.
