Workshop Manager

Job Title: Workshop Manager Aluminum & Shading FactoryWe are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee aluminum and shading fabrication operations in Oman.

The role covers production planning, team supervision, quality control, material management, safety, and timely delivery to project sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan workshop production in line with approved drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.Supervise fabrication of windows, doors, pergolas, louvers, canopies, and fa ades.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to meet installation timelines.Control material wastage, rework, and production costs.Maintain quality and safety standards and submit production reports.

Requirements

7 10 years of aluminum and shading fabrication experience in the GCC, including workshop leadership and site coordination. A diploma or bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
