We are looking for a skilled and responsible Workshop Mechanic to support the maintenance, repair, and servicing of project vehicles, machinery, equipment, and tools. The role is critical to ensuring that all equipment remains in safe, reliable, and efficient working condition while continuously creating value for the project.Responsibilities:Perform regular mechanical maintenance on construction and heavy machinery, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, generators, and pumps.Diagnose mechanical faults and provide effective repairs to ensure minimal equipment downtime and optimal performance.Utilize workshop tools and equipment correctly and safely during all maintenance and repair activities.Read and interpret equipment manuals and technical instructions to perform precise maintenance and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.Maintain comprehensive service records and document all repair and maintenance activities accurately.Work independently to address urgent mechanical breakdowns while prioritizing tasks under pressure.Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to maintain workshop operations and meet project deadlines.Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor equipment condition and recommend preventive maintenance to avoid future failures.Continuously update technical knowledge and skills by staying current with industry best practices and emerging mechanical technologies.Experience3 YearsApply BySep 11, 2026Required SkillsTechnical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Engineering3–5 years of proven experience as a mechanicStrong knowledge of mechanical maintenanceExperience with diesel enginesAbility to diagnose mechanical problemsGood knowledge of workshop tools and equipmentAbility to read and understand equipment manualsGood organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent equipment breakdowns when required.Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.Fluency in English is an advantage; proficiency in Urdu/Punjabi is preferred.How to apply:If you’re a skilled, responsible, and hardworking mechanic who is passionate about maintaining equipment and supporting successful project operations, we’d love to hear from you!Send your CV to: hr-mce@munck.dk
