Workshop Scribe – PHA & HSE Workshops

Seeking an experienced technical scribe to support HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and other HSE workshops.Requirements2+ years relevant experience.Experience recording PHA/HSE workshops.Strong PHA-Pro proficiency.Ability to accurately capture deviations, causes, consequences, safeguards, recommendations and actions.Key Responsibility:

• Record HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID, OHID, LOPA / SIL and bow-tie sessions live in PHA-Pro, BowTieXP, exSILentia or equivalent.
• Pre-populate nodes, design intent, drawing references and risk matrices before each session.
• Produce clean daily worksheets, maintain the recommendations register and check entries for consistency.
• Assemble workshop reports: attendance sheets, marked-up P&IDs, worksheets and action lists.
• Take notes and draft minutes for kick-off, clarification and comment-resolution meetings.
• Support data collection and document control between workshops.
