This role includes managing workspace bookings, coordinating member onboarding, and ensuring that facilities, internet, and equipment are functioning optimally. The Workspace Manager will handle member inquiries, maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere, and support community-building activities such as events and networking sessions. The role also involves monitoring space usage, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, collaborating with vendors and service providers, and preparing basic reports on occupancy and member feedback.Qualifications Operational and administrative skills, including workspace coordination, scheduling, and basic reporting.Customer service and communication skills to support members, resolve issues, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.Basic technical proficiency with office tools and internet-based systems to manage bookings and support members with connectivity needs.Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and respond to operational challenges.Experience in facilities management, hospitality, co-working spaces, or community management is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full-time in Benin City and maintain professional standards of conduct.Relevant education or training in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
