The team is committed to high-quality, evidence-based care that improves healing outcomes and enhances patient quality of life.Role Description This is a full-time, HOME CARE role for a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse based in Keratsínion. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate specialized care for individuals with acute and chronic wounds, ulcers, ostomies, and continence issues. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced wound and ostomy treatments, and monitoring healing progress. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers on self-care and prevention strategies, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The nurse will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the integration of innovative techniques and materials into clinical practice.Qualifications Strong clinical background in Nursing and Medicine, with demonstrated experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care.Driving licence Valid nursing license and relevant specialty certification in wound, ostomy, and/or continence care (or willingness to obtain).Ability to develop individualized care plans and provide patient-centered education in clinical, office, and home-care settings.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.Attention to detail, accurate documentation skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.Greek language fluency; additional language skills and prior experience in community or home-care nursing are beneficial.
