You'll create high-quality editorial content, lead and support thought leadership projects, and work directly with clients across our global network.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in journalism, editorial work, research or strategic content who is passionate about workplace innovation, technology, design and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, write and edit feature articles, interviews, trend reports and case studies for the WORKTECH Academy platformProduce longer-form thought leadership reports for clients across a range of subject mattersInterview senior leaders, workplace experts and industry practitioners across global markets to inform ongoing projectsSupport editorial planning, publication schedules and content management across the platformAttend industry events, conferences and roundtables, producing post-event insights and strategic takeawaysTrack global trends in workplace, technology, architecture, design and organisational cultureRequirements2:1 degree or above in Journalism, English, Communications, Architecture, Design, Business, Social Sciences or a related field — or equivalent professional experienceStrong research capability, including interviewing, desk research and source validationConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter expertsExcellent organisation and time management skillsA genuine interest in the future of work, workplace strategy, technology and designDesirableExperience in journalism, publishing, research, consultancy or thought leadershipFamiliarity with WordPress, SEO and digital content managementExperience presenting at live conferences, roundtables or industry eventsPrior experience writing or reporting on technology news and trendsWhy Join UsYou'll work at the centre of global conversations shaping the future of work, with direct access to leading organisations, major workplace projects and influential thinkers worldwide.
