GET Global Group also offers end-to-end inventory management, maintenance, and refurbishment of oilfield equipment, and hybrid power solutions that integrate diesel generators and solar plants to support remote operations and reduce carbon footprint.Role Description The WTS Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing well testing services and related operations for upstream oil and gas projects. This role coordinates field activities, ensures adherence to operational procedures and safety standards, and supervises technical teams to deliver reliable, efficient well testing services. The WTS Supervisor monitors equipment performance, organizes maintenance schedules, and collaborates with procurement and supply chain teams to secure necessary tools and spares. The role involves preparing and reviewing operational reports, supporting client communication, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality and project outcomes.Qualifications Strong knowledge of well testing services, upstream oil and gas operations, and related field procedures.Experience supervising technical teams in oilfield environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.Skills in operational planning, scheduling, and coordination of on-site activities.Ability to work effectively with procurement, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness.Competence in preparing operational reports, documenting procedures, and maintaining accurate records.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance requirements in the energy sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational issues in fast-paced field environments.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.Prior experience in the Middle East oil and gas market or similar environments is an advantage.
