The team is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement in clinical standards.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site X-Ray Technician role based at United Superspeciality and Trauma Centre in Gondia. The X-Ray Technician will operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images as requested by physicians, following established protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring image quality for accurate diagnosis. The role involves maintaining and calibrating equipment, managing imaging records, and adhering to radiation safety regulations and infection control practices. The X-Ray Technician will collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support efficient and safe patient care.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Radiology and Radiologic Technology.Candidates should possess expertise in Radiation Safety, including proper use of protective equipment and adherence to regulatory guidelines.Candidates should possess qualifications such as American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or equivalent recognized credentials.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Medicine as it relates to diagnostic imaging and patient care.Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited institution.Previous experience as an X-Ray Technician or in a hospital imaging department is preferred.Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams, with strong attention to detail and documentation.Willingness to work in a trauma and emergency care environment, including flexible shifts as needed.
