X2 Consultant Change & SAP Trainer

Our client based in Dubai is currently seeking to add 2 new Consultants to their Change Management focused firm. The business is expecting candidates to have a strong hold on the 4 tenets of Change (Org Design, Communications, Training & Stakeholder Management) while also understanding the complex nature of a Consultancy and how they deal with clients.Job Expecations & Experience Required:Experience in operating in a Change Management programme as part of a Consultancy or in-house with experience in Change Planning and DeliveryKnowledge of Communications Strategies and deliverables and the understanding of how communication impacts a change programmeThe training role requires prior skills of operating within an SAP ERP change, programmeCapability of leading Stakeholder Management tasks and leading Exec & C-Suite individuals who might be resistant to ChangeKnowledge or Certifications in Procsci are desirable but not a requirementThis is NOT a technical role, please do not apply if you are a techno or functional consultant within SAP.
