We are currently accepting applications from U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents only.About The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Team Lead / Senior Strategic Sourcing Team Lead to lead high-value sourcing initiatives, develop supplier strategies, negotiate complex agreements, and drive measurable cost savings across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic procurement professional who can combine commercial expertise, supplier management, analytical skills, and team leadership to deliver significant business value.The successful candidate will manage complex sourcing programs with annual spend exceeding partner closely with technical and business stakeholders, and develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, risk, and total cost of ownership.Key ResponsibilitieLead strategic sourcing initiatives and oversee a small sourcing team.Develop and execute global sourcing and supplier strategies for complex projects.Lead supplier negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships.Drive RF(x) processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, and total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.Manage sourcing programs and initiativesIdentify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.Partner with engineering, technical, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to develop effective sourcing solutions.Evaluate supplier capabilities, commercial proposals, pricing structures, and business risks.Support continuous improvement across procurement and sourcing processes.Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to sourcing team members.What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required.5 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Strategic SourcingProcurementSupply ChainManufacturingLogisticsField OperationsProject ManagementProven experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.Ability to manage complex, high-value sourcing programs.Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Preferred QualificationsStrategic sourcing and supplier strategy expertise.Strong RF(x) experience.Cost modeling and spend analysis experience.SAP experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Prior experience leading or mentoring sourcing/procurement teams.Strong technical-commercial aptitude.Engineering or other technical education/background is a plus.Experience managing sourcing/spend portfolios
