XE Senior Policy Analyst

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Analyst to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This position will conduct research and analysis of complex policy issues involving cybersecurity, digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, cyber training, system development, and related defense and intelligence activities.This position is tied to a future business opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive research and analysis of complex DC3 policy issuesConduct in-depth research using sources including academic literature, Government reports, stakeholder consultations, and data analysisAnalyze existing policies and programs to assess effectivenessIdentify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities and maintain accurate supporting recordsManage complex policy projects from initiation through completionDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and dependenciesEstablish and maintain enterprise policy supporting project execution and performance measurementMonitor project progress and support resolution of issuesDevelop policy proposals and recommendationsEngage stakeholders to obtain feedback and support effective policy developmentEstablish and maintain relationships with Government and other external partnersPresent policy proposals and facilitate consensus among stakeholdersPrepare communications and presentations explaining complex policy mattersRespond to stakeholder inquiries and provide clear, concise information across the Department, Federal Government, academia, and industryRequired QualificationsTS/SCI security clearanceU.S. CitizenExperience developing and/or managing policy for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) or Department of Defense (DoD) in at least one of the following areas:ForensicsCybersecurityCyber threat analysisDemonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex technical and operational challengesProven experience communicating effectively across all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to present complex information clearly in both written and oral formatsComprehensive knowledge of policies affecting:CybersecurityForensicsCyber trainingSystem developmentDemonstrated ability to apply that policy knowledge to support compliance and guide project executionFamiliarity with National Cyber Intelligence programsKnowledge of DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) resource planning policyAbout One Federal SolutionOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
