HouseReport aims to relieve clients of routine oversight tasks so they can concentrate on core business activities.Role Description The Xray Technician role at HouseReport is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves performing diagnostic radiologic examinations to support property-related health and safety assessments and any medical imaging needs associated with on-site staff or visitors, in line with local regulations and company policies. The Xray Technician will operate radiologic equipment, position individuals for imaging procedures, ensure accurate image capture, and maintain detailed records and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include adhering to radiation safety protocols, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and management, maintaining equipment integrity, and supporting any health screening programs connected to HouseReport’s services. The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Radiology and Radiologic Technology, with the ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of Radiation Safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on-site.Candidates should possess relevant professional certification such as American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credentials recognized in the United Arab Emirates.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Medicine related to diagnostic imaging, including basic anatomy, pathology recognition, and clinical workflows.Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or Radiography, licensure or eligibility for licensure in the UAE, and prior experience as an Xray Technician in clinical or occupational health settings.Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
