Role Description This full-time, on-site Owner role at ELIZ.A - Bien-être entrepreneurial, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, is responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and operational direction of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include defining business objectives, overseeing service offerings, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of entrepreneurial well-being. The Owner manages financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and builds relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders. This role also involves leading brand development, supervising marketing initiatives, and maintaining high standards of client experience. The Owner hires, mentors, and guides team members, monitors performance metrics, and continuously identifies opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, small business ownership, or senior leadership, preferably in wellness, coaching, or professional services.Strong skills in business strategy, financial management, and operational planning to sustain and grow the organization.Ability to develop and maintain partnerships, manage client relationships, and represent the company within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.Experience in brand positioning, marketing, and community engagement to support visibility and client acquisition.Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on inclusive, supportive workplace culture.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with clients and partners; ability to adapt to evolving business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Coaching, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
