Job Title: X-ray Technician cum GROLocation: Colombo, Sri LankaEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented X-ray Technician cum GRO (Guest Relations Officer) to join our team in Colombo. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multinational healthcare company equipped with a CAP-accredited lab, where quality, patient care, and professional growth are prioritized.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and correctly position patients for X-ray examinations.Operate X-ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.Ensure patient safety and adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.Maintain and clean imaging equipment and the work area.Document and update patient records accurately, including imaging results.Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including patient check-in and guidance.Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members.Provide courteous and professional support to patients throughout their visit.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or Certification in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging.Valid license or registration (as applicable in Sri Lanka).1–3 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic imaging setting preferred.Basic computer skills and experience with medical records or imaging systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage patients empathetically and professionally.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsSupportive and inclusive work environmentOpportunity to work with a multinational healthcare provider with CAP-accredited diagnostic facilitiesProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesWorking Days: Monday to Friday, plus two full Saturdays or four half Saturdays per monthTo Apply:Please submit your updated resume along with relevant certifications on careers@nurturehire.com Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps
