Take a moment to review the details below — this could be the opportunity you’ve been searching for!Your Journey Begins Here:Probationary Period: The first two weeks (unpaid) will give you the chance to acclimate and acquire a minimum of 2 listings (required).Training: If selected, you will enter a six-week intensive training program with a production-based weekly stipend.TRAINING Compensation:Participants who obtain two listings per week will receive a $400 weekly stipend.Participants who obtain one or zero listings in a given week will receive a $150 stipend for that week.POST-TRAINING Compensation:Your earnings will shift to a 100% commission structure based on your sales performance. (We offer a commission opportunity and incentive program for agents who remain with our company. The commission scale increases over time based on tenure. After two years, an agent qualifies to receive 7% out of the total 10% commission. No other broker in the industry offers this kind of inactive agent benefit.)
