This contract role is hybrid, based in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable yachts, negotiating charter and sale agreements, coordinating with yacht owners and marine partners, and ensuring seamless client experiences. The role involves managing inquiries, conducting client consultations, providing detailed proposals, and overseeing bookings and itineraries for on-water events. The Yacht Broker will also maintain accurate records, monitor market trends in the marine and yachting sector, and collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to align yacht services with overall event plans.Qualifications Strong knowledge of boats, yachts, and the broader yachting sector, with the ability to match vessel types to client needs.Experience in the marine industry and yacht brokerage, including charter or sales negotiations and contract management.Proven customer service skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to manage high-net-worth client expectations.Familiarity with Dubai’s marine regulations, marinas, and local charter practices is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and tasks independently and in coordination with on-site teams.Prior experience in luxury events, hospitality, or lifestyle services is an advantage.Professional proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
