The team values professionalism, integrity, and deep market knowledge to create a streamlined, client-centric experience.Role Description The Yacht Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting vessel showings, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating listings, coordinating sea trials and surveys, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal and external partners such as lenders, insurers, and marine service providers. The role involves consistent client communication, market research, and participation in industry events to build a strong network and drive new business. The Yacht Broker is expected to represent CloudYachts professionally, uphold high ethical standards, and contribute to revenue growth.QualificationsKnowledge and experience with boats, yachting practices, and the marine industry.Understanding of brokerage processes, including listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing transactions.Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage expectations.Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Proven sales or client-facing experience, preferably in luxury goods or marine-related fields.Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL, or outside of the state, including weekends or evenings as needed for showings and events.Comfort with digital tools for listing management, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.Valid driver’s license; boating licenses or certifications are an advantage.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
