*** Must be a Russian Speaker*** Must be based in Dubai*** Salary up to 10,000 AED MonthlyWe are seeking an experienced and professional Russian-speaking Yacht Captain to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a private yacht in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong navigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service while ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on board.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and navigate the yacht in accordance with maritime regulations and safety standards.Oversee daily yacht operations, including navigation, docking, mooring, and vessel maintenance.Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.Conduct routine inspections and coordinate servicing and repairs when required.Ensure compliance with UAE maritime regulations, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.Provide a professional and welcoming experience for owners and guests on board.Coordinate with marina authorities, service providers, and other relevant parties.Maintain accurate vessel logs, safety records, and required documentation.RequirementsProven experience as a Yacht Captain or in a similar maritime role.Fluency in Russian and good English communication skills.Valid and relevant maritime captain's licence and certifications appropriate for the yacht's size and operating area.Strong knowledge of navigation, maritime safety procedures, and yacht operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.A professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.REF FL V-221733
