Yacht Charter Broker

Istion Yachting, the pioneer yachting company in Greece, is looking for an enthusiastic candidate eager to join the Bareboat Chartering team in our headquarters in Alimos-Athens. Objectives of this role • Daily communication with clients, agents and base staff via phone or email • Charter sales in both B2B & B2C sectors • Post-booking & charter preparation • Payments monitoring and follow up • Claims handling • Being responsible for the fleets data accuracy • Keeping B2B booking systems up to date • Participation in Marketing projects • Participation in exhibitions and yacht shows • Presence & customer service at the charter base Required skills and qualifications • Experience in sales • Experience in customer service • Organizational skills • Work under strict timelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent communication in English (written & verbal) • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. • Proficiency with Microsoft |Office Preferred skills and qualifications • Career Driven • Working experience in the yachting industry • Working experience in Tourism • Innovative & creative skills • Knowledge of ERP & CRM Applications will be kept confidential
