Even bigger energy.We're a boutique Australian based superyacht charter brokerage on the hunt for a relationship powerhouse - someone who can look after a fleet of 4 luxury yachts (and growing), keep clients and brokers happy, and make it all feel calm, polished and a little bit fun. You'll be the face and the engine of our charters, the person clients trust, brokers love working with, and owners rely on to keep everything humming. You won't be setting the prices (that's handled). Your job is to build the relationships, run flawless charters across the fleet, and keep every detail beautifully organised. And you won't be doing it alone, a senior team member will work alongside you, so you're set up to succeed from day one.What you'll be doingOwning the end-to-end charter journey across the whole fleet from first enquiry to post-charter Building genuine relationships with clients, retail brokers, suppliers and industry partners (this is the heart of the role)Running every charter through our CRM (HubSpot) - all enquires, clients and pipeline live here, kept spotless and up to dateManaging client expectations like a pro Preparing quotes and proposals - pricing is set for you, you make it happenTracking invoicing across every charter (deposits, instalments and payments) and coordinating with our accounting team to keep it all reconciled and on timeCoordinating luxury charters and events across multiple yachts, each with its own brand and storyBeing the go-to for our broker network - quick, warm, reliable, the reason they send us their clientsPreparing monthly owner reports for each yacht - clear, polished, owner-readyWorking closely with our marketing team to keep each yacht's content and social presence on point (you coordinate the story, they create it)Curating onboard brand collaborations with premium partnersKeeping everything running smoothly behind the scenesYou'll probably be great at this if:You've worked in luxury, events, property, marine, travel or similar (bonus, not essential)You're people first and genuinely good with relationships - clients and brokers bothYou love structure and systems - you're the type who keeps the CRM immaculate and the invoicing tracked, not the type who forgets to log itYou're confident dealing with high value clients You can zoom out strategically, then dive straight into the detailAbout the bossMillennial.
